University of York Great Scholarship

In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, the University of York is offering 8 scholarships for international students from select countries pursuing a one-year postgraduate taught course in the UK for the 2025/26 academic year.   Who Can Apply?  Students from the following countries:  China (Mainland only) – 2 scholarships available  Greece  Indonesia  Malaysia (only for postgraduate law programmes)  Nigeria  Thailand  Vietnam   What is Covered?  £10,000 scholarship  Applied as a tuition fee deduction for eligible one-year postgraduate taught programmes   Eligibility Criteria  To be considered, you must:  Be a citizen and resident of China, Greece, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand or Vietnam  Be classified as an overseas fee-paying student  Have met any English language conditions of your offer by 16 May 2025  Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for a one-year postgraduate taught course at the University of York by 16 May 2025  Students from Malaysia must be applying to one of the eligible postgraduate Law programmes (see below)  You are not eligible if:  You hold a 100% tuition fee sc...
