The Institute of Commonwealth Studies, in partnership with the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, is offering five fully funded scholarships for the September 2025 intake of the MA in Human Rights (delivered by distance learning). This practice-based programme equips students with the vocational skills and theoretical knowledge needed to succeed in the human rights field. Who Can Apply? Individuals who have already received an offer of admission to the MA in Human Rights Applicants from Low and Middle Income Commonwealth Countries Those unable to study in the UK due to financial or other constraints What Is Covered? Full tuition fees for the online MA in Human Rights No requirement to travel to the UK Funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) Eligibility Criteria Must be a citizen of or have refugee status in an eligible Commonwealth country Must be permanently residing in a Low or Middle Income Commonwealth country Must already have an offer for the MA in Human Rights (distance learning) Must be unable to afford study in the UK without the scholarship How to Apply?
