The Glenmore Postgraduate Scholarship provides full tuition coverage for eligible master’s programmes in human medicine and related disciplines at the University of Edinburgh. It aims to support students—especially from Africa—who intend to contribute to the medical field in their home countries upon completion of their studies. Who Can Apply? Applicants accepted for admission to one of the eligible postgraduate programmes at the University of Edinburgh for 2025–2026. Applicants must be domiciled in one of the eligible countries (mainly low and middle-income countries in Africa, Asia, and other ODA-recipient regions). Candidates must have firmly accepted or intend to accept an offer of admission. What Is Covered? Full tuition fees for the duration of the programme. Additional Programme Costs (if any) are also covered. Eligibility Criteria Applicants must: Be domiciled in one of the eligible countries listed (e.g., Nigeria, Kenya, India, Bangladesh, South Africa, etc.). Hold (or expect to obtain) the overseas equivalent of a UK first-class honours degree. Have not studied at Master’s level previously (preference given).
