Unesco Sdg4 Youth & Student Network – Call for Young Education Leaders (2026–2027 Cohort)

UNESCO is inviting passionate young individuals to join the SDG4 Youth & Student Network for the 2026–2027 cohort. This global platform empowers youth and students to actively contribute to the advancement of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4) – Quality Education. Members engage in policy advocacy, thematic working groups, and represent youth perspectives in high-level education discussions.   Who can apply?  Applicants must:  Be between 16 and 30 years old.  Be active members of national, regional, or global non-governmental and not-for-profit organizations focused on youth and students in fields related to SDG4 – Education 2030.   Have no conflicts of interest as per the Network's Code of Conduct (e.g., not holding government positions or employment in for-profit organizations that may generate a conflict of interest).   Current and past members are eligible to reapply; however, returning members will constitute no more than 10% of the new cohort.   What is covered?  Active participation in thematic working groups (e.g., inclusive education, digital learning, education in emergencies).   Opportunities to contribute to policy briefs, organize events, and lead advocacy campaigns.   Representation in the SDG4 High-Level Steering Committee, influencing global education policies.   Networking ...
