The Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) offers international students the chance to pursue fully funded Master’s and PhD programs under the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) for 2026.

International students interested in graduate studies (Master’s or PhD) at HUST University.

What Is Covered:

• Full tuition fees

• Free university accommodation

• Monthly stipend: Master’s CNY 3,000, Doctoral CNY 3,500

• Comprehensive medical insurance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Non-Chinese citizens

• Master’s applicants: Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years old

• PhD applicants: Master’s degree, under 40 years old

• Degrees must be equivalent to Chinese degrees

• English proficiency: TOEFL ≥ 80, IELTS ≥ 6.0, GRE ≥ 310 (or equivalent)
