The Greg and Susan Walker Endowment supports independent student research in the Earth & Environmental Science department at the University of Pennsylvania. Established in 2006, it funds undergraduate and graduate students pursuing research projects related to their academic programs. Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in Earth & Environmental Science programs at Penn. Financial support to carry out independent research projects. Funding can be used for materials, travel, or other research-related expenses as justified in the proposal. Must be currently enrolled in an Earth & Environmental Science program at the University of Pennsylvania. Proposed research must be related to curricular requirements or academic goals. Submit a proposal outlining your research plan and budget. Proposals are reviewed by a faculty and staff committee within the department.
