Ruhr University Daad Epos Scholarship 2026, Germany

The DAAD EPOS Scholarship supports development-related postgraduate courses, and one of its featured programs is the Master of Arts in Development Management (MADM) offered by the Institute of Development Research and Development Policy (IEE) at Ruhr University Bochum. This 18-month program is designed to equip young professionals from developing countries with the analytical and practical skills necessary to contribute effectively to development work.  Who can apply?  Highly qualified graduates from developing and emerging countries who:  Hold a first university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in a relevant field such as social sciences, economics, or development studies.  Demonstrate a strong commitment to development work and social change.  Are nationals of countries listed in the DAAD EPOS program (typically low- and middle-income countries).   What is covered?  The DAAD EPOS scholarship includes:  Full tuition fee coverage.  Monthly living allowance of €934.  Travel allowance to and from Germany.  Payments for health, accident, and personal liability insurance.  Possible monthly rent subsidy and family support, depending on circumstances.  Preparatory German language course (up to 6 months) before the academic program begins.  Eligibility criteria&nb...
