Tuition expenses for the Romanian language preparatory year. Accommodation in student dormitories. A monthly allowance for living expenses. Medical assistance. Local transportation assistance. Completion of previous education required for the chosen study program. Language proficiency in Romanian or English, as per program requirements. No prior Romanian Government scholarship.
