Ngo Fellowship Programme

The Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant is a fully funded scholarship program by the Government of Azerbaijan for students from selected countries to pursue undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies at Azerbaijani universities.  Who Can Apply?  Citizens of:  OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) member states  Non-Aligned Movement countries  Small Island Developing States  Countries with historical, ethnic, or cultural ties to Azerbaijan  What Is Covered?  Full tuition fees  Preparatory language course (if needed)  Monthly stipend of 800 AZN (~$470 USD) for 10 months per year  Annual round-trip airfare  Health insurance (200 AZN/year)  Visa and residency permit fees  Eligibility Criteria  GPA of 70% or above  Valid passport  Clean medical certificate (incl.
