Mena Scholarship Programme 2025/2026 at the Hague Academy for Local Governance

The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) offers professionals from select Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries the opportunity to participate in short courses at The Hague Academy for Local Governance. These courses focus on enhancing local governance, public service delivery, and institutional development, aiming to contribute to the democratic transition and capacity building within the participating countries.
