Master Mind Scholarships 2026 – Belgium

The Master Mind Scholarships, funded by the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training, offer exceptional international students the opportunity to pursue master's programs in Flanders and Brussels. The program aims to promote Flanders and Brussels as top study destinations.   Who can apply? International students from all nationalities (except Russian nationals) who have obtained a previous degree from a higher education institution located outside Flanders.
