The KOICA Scholarship Program (SP) offers fully funded Master’s and Doctoral degrees to train key leaders from KOICA partner countries. The goal is to contribute to the socio-economic development of their home countries through advanced education in Korea. Who Can Apply? For Master’s Programs: Citizens of KOICA partner countries on the DAC List of ODA Recipients (93 countries) Officially recommended by their government Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution Must be a public official or publicly-affiliated worker Must meet university-specific selection criteria For Doctoral Programs: Must meet all Master’s eligibility criteria Must be a KOICA Master’s degree graduate Note: Applicants who passed the local interview for the 2025-1 KOICA intake are not eligible for 2025-2.
