KAUST offers a fully funded graduate program (Master’s and PhD) for exceptional international students through the KAUST Fellowship. The program supports students pursuing advanced research in science and engineering fields at its campus in Saudi Arabia.   Who Can Apply?  International students who:  Hold or will hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree  Have strong academic records and research potential  Are proficient in English (with valid TOEFL or IELTS scores, unless exempt)  What Is Covered?  All admitted students receive the KAUST Fellowship, which includes:  Full tuition support  Monthly living allowance: USD $20,000–30,000 annually (based on degree and progress)  On-campus housing (charges apply for dependents)  Medical and dental coverage (charges apply for dependents)  Relocation support  Eligibility Criteria  Minimum TOEFL iBT score of 79 or IELTS score of 6.5  (Exempt if you earned a degree in the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand)  GRE is optional, but strongly encouraged  Must provide:  Official university transcripts (with grading scale and certified English translation)  Three recommendation letters from academic/research supe...
