The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program is a fully funded, year-long leadership development program for emerging civil society leaders (ages 21–27). Fellows participate in a three-month practicum in the U.S., followed by a community engagement project in their home country. The program fosters global collaboration and strengthens civil society by empowering young changemakers. Who Can Apply Emerging civil society and community leaders from eligible countries who: Are aged 21–27 Have at least two years of professional or volunteer experience in community or civil society work Are currently living and working in their home country Are committed to returning home after the program to implement a project What is Covered J-1 visa support Round-trip travel to/from the U.S. Monthly stipend for housing, meals, and living costs in the U.S. Health insurance (accident and sickness) Eligibility Criteria Applicants must: Be 21–27 years old at the time of application Be a citizen of an eligible country Live and work in their home country (special consideration for refugees) Have 2+ years of work or volunteer experience in civil society Be working on or have plans for a ...
