The German Bundestag offers the International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) Programme for politically and socially engaged young graduates from select African countries. This four-week programme in Berlin provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the German parliamentary system and political decision-making processes. The programme includes a one-week placement in the office of a Member of the German Bundestag, workshops on topics like anti-corruption and intercultural training, and discussions on pluralistic society and the protection of minorities.
