Hungary National Higher Education Scholarship

The National Higher Education Scholarship is a prestigious Hungarian government-funded award granted to high-achieving students at universities across Hungary. It supports outstanding academic and professional performance for a full academic year.   Who Can Apply?  Full-time students enrolled in undergraduate, Master’s, or undivided training programmes  Students in state-funded (full or partial scholarship) or fee-paying categories  Must have completed at least two semesters and earned minimum 55 credits  Students continuing their studies in the next semester  What is Covered?  HUF 40,000 per month for 10 months (entire academic year 2025–2026)  Eligibility Criteria  Applicants must demonstrate one or more of the following:  Outstanding academic achievement (≥ 90% of top performance in their faculty)  Outstanding professional work (e.g., publications, research, conference awards)  Additional activities (social life, sports, community involvement—up to 10% of score)  Note:  Students who fail a compulsory course or are under disciplinary action are ineligible.  How to Apply?  Submit an electronic application via the Modulo system  (Select: Virtual Office → University of Szeged)  Application mu...
