The GSK Scholarship supports students from sub-Saharan Africa to pursue an intensive Master’s program in Hygiene & Tropical Medicine at LSHTM, London. Scholars gain world-class training while preparing to return and contribute to public health in their home countries.

Who Can Apply:

• Nationals and residents of sub-Saharan African countries

• Students holding an offer for one of LSHTM’s intensive MSc programs (2026–27)

What Is Covered:

• Tuition fees

• Living allowance

• Study materials

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must intend to return to sub-Saharan Africa after graduation

• Must demonstrate financial need

• Meet LSHTM’s minimum English language requirements

• Hold a first degree (first or upper second class equivalency)
