The Fulbright Student Program offers fully funded master’s degree study in the U.S. for up to two years. It is open to citizens of Madagascar and Comoros, supporting outstanding students with strong academic backgrounds and leadership potential.  Who Can Apply?  Applicants must:  Be a citizen of Madagascar or Comoros and reside in their home country  Hold a Maîtrise, M1, or equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree  Demonstrate English proficiency  Show strong academic performance and motivation  Have no recent or extensive experience in the U.S.  What is Covered?  Full tuition funding for up to 2 years  Standardized test fees (for finalists only)  Visa processing, airfare, living expenses, and health insurance (handled by Fulbright)  Academic and cultural support throughout the program  Eligibility Criteria  Four-year university degree (not a certificate)  Academic transcripts and references  Strong TOEFL/IELTS, GRE, or GMAT scores (finalists only)  Commitment to returning home after completing the program  How to Apply  Apply online at https://apply.iie.org/ffsp2026  Submit:  Online application form  3 academic...
