The Fulbright Student Program offers fully funded master’s degree study in the U.S. for up to two years. It is open to citizens of Madagascar and Comoros, supporting outstanding students with strong academic backgrounds and leadership potential. Who Can Apply? Applicants must: Be a citizen of Madagascar or Comoros and reside in their home country Hold a Maîtrise, M1, or equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree Demonstrate English proficiency Show strong academic performance and motivation Have no recent or extensive experience in the U.S. What is Covered?
