Endeavour Ii Scholarships Scheme (2025–2026 Cycle)

The ENDEAVOUR II Scholarships Scheme is a Maltese government initiative co-funded by the European Union through the ESF+ (2021–2027). It supports postgraduate studies at MQF Level 7 (e.g., Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma, master’s degree) and MQF Level 8 (Doctoral/PhD level) to enhance the Maltese labor market's competitiveness.
