Colombia: Icetex Beca Colombia for Foreigners 2025-2

The Colombian Institute of Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX) offers the Beca Colombia for Foreigners 2025-2, a scholarship program aimed at international students wishing to pursue master's degree studies in Colombia. This initiative is part of Colombia's reciprocity program to strengthen international cooperation and promote the country's higher education institutions.  Who can apply?  Applicants must:  Be non-Colombian citizens.  Not reside in Colombia.  Not have Colombian nationality.   What is covered?  Full tuition coverage for the academic program.  Monthly stipend equivalent to three Colombian legal monthly minimum wages, updated annually.   Health insurance during the study period in Colombia.  One-time disbursement of COP 250,000 for expenses related to the issuance of the foreigner's identification card.   Eligibility criteria Hold a professional undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 or equivalent.   Be under 50 years of age.   Not have received any previous scholarship from ICETEX through the Beca Colombia program.   Not have marital or de facto ties in Colombia.   How to apply?  Review the academic offerings listed in the "Catálogo de Oferta Académica 20...
