Most Pharmaceutics PhD students receive renewable Research Assistantships, with continued funding contingent on annual evaluations of academic and research progress. 

Who can apply? 

PhD students admitted to the Pharmaceutics doctoral program. 

What is covered? 

  • Research Assistantship stipend 

  • Tuition waiver 

  • Potential support via fellowships (e.g., Public Health Service, AFPE, pharmaceutical industry) 

Eligibility criteria 

  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above 

  • Demonstrate consistent and substantive research progress 

  • Satisfactory annual evaluations of lab performance, coursework, and exams 

How to apply? 

No separate application required. Assistantships are typically offered upon admission. Continued support is based on performance reviews conducted annually by faculty.
