Program: Mathematics The Mathematics Department offers Teaching Assistantships (TAs) as the primary source of graduate funding, with additional opportunities through Research Assistantships (RAs) and honorary fellowships. Fellowships are merit-based and offer full support without teaching duties. RAs provide full support in exchange for research work with faculty, often tied to external grants. Who Can Apply? Admitted or current PhD students in the Mathematics Department US citizens, nationals, or permanent residents may be eligible for external fellowships Students demonstrating strong academic progress or with specific research interests may be selected for RAs or fellowships What Is Covered?
