Program: Global Development Cornell University offers assistantships to full-time Ph.D. and research master’s students in four categories—Teaching Assistant (TA), Research Assistant (RA), Graduate Assistant (GA), and Graduate Research Assistant (GRA)—to support teaching, research, and academic service while providing financial aid. Full-time students enrolled in a Ph.D. or research master’s program at Cornell.
