The ADB-Japan Scholarship Program (JSP) provides fully funded scholarships for citizens of ADB borrowing and Japanese ODA-eligible countries to pursue master’s degrees in fields such as science and technology, business, economics, development studies, and law and public policy at designated institutions in Asia and the Pacific. Who Can Apply? Applicants must: Be nationals of an ADB borrowing member country and eligible for Japanese ODA Have a bachelor's degree with a superior academic record Have at least two years of professional full-time work experience after graduation Be 35 years old or younger (exceptions may apply) Be proficient in English Be in good health Agree to return and work in their home country for at least 2 years after graduation What Is Covered?
