Academy of Korean Studies (AKS) KS Hanmun (Classical Chinese) Fellowship  Short Description  The Academy of Korean Studies (AKS) is now accepting applications for the 2025 AKS Hanmun (Classical Chinese) Fellowship – Advanced Course. This program supports international scholars in Korean Studies by deepening their knowledge of classical Chinese texts (Hanmun) relevant to Korean history and literature. It includes lectures, recitations, research activities, and on-site cultural tours. The program is conducted in advanced-level Korean.   Who Can Apply?  International undergraduate, master’s, or PhD students (or degree candidates) majoring in Korean Studies  Must have completed a basic Hanmun (Hanja) course  Korean nationals and graduates of Korean universities are not eligible  Must possess advanced Korean language proficiency (program taught in Korean)   Key Dates  Application Period: March 28 – April 21, 2025  Program Duration: September 1 – December 19, 2025  Video Interviews: April 29 – May 8, 2025  Notification of Results: May 13, 2025   Required Documents  Application form (Download from AKS website)  Certificate of registration (or program completion)  Letter of recommendation from acad...
