2025 Government of Azerbaijan Scholarship

The Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program is a flagship initiative by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It commemorates the legacy of the country’s National Leader, Heydar Aliyev, and aims to support the academic pursuits of international students at Azerbaijani higher education institutions.
